CB Consulting operates as a consultant-led network, not a traditional sales organization. For our partners and clients, this means there is no cost simply to engage with us. Our core representation agreements are with manufacturers and solution providers, and they are structured around performance. If we do not produce results, there is no expense to the client.
For manufacturers, our model is intentionally more efficient than hiring a direct representative. There is no salary, no benefits, no ramp-up period, and no ongoing overhead. Each consultant operates independently and carries their own travel, insurance, and business expenses — making our cost structure significantly lower than onboarding a full-time employee.
Where CB Consulting delivers its greatest value is experience. Every consultant in our network has held executive-level roles within the DME industry, with hands-on responsibility for operations, sales, procurement, compliance, and growth strategy. That background allows us to advise beyond product placement — addressing real operational challenges and helping partners make smarter, faster decisions.
In select cases, CB Consulting may be engaged for project-based consulting or advisory work. These engagements are scoped individually and priced based on involvement, complexity, and time commitment. There are no blanket fees or hidden costs — only clearly defined, case-by-case agreements.
